How Credits Work
Credits are like "energy" for Veediogram. Different actions use different amounts of credits:
Generate video scene

Good to know
Credits refresh monthly on your billing date. Unused credits don't roll over.

1How to Upgrade Your Plan
- Click "Billing" in the sidebar menu
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Choose your new plan
- Enter your payment details (credit card or PayPal)
- Click "Confirm"
Your new plan activates immediately. You'll be charged the price difference for the remaining days of your billing cycle.
2Managing Your Subscription
In the Billing settings, you can:
- View credit balance – See how many credits you have left
- Update payment method – Change your card or billing info
- Download invoices – Get receipts for your records
- Cancel subscription – Downgrade to free tier
Common Questions
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can still access your projects and view existing content, but you won't be able to generate new videos or images until your credits refresh or you upgrade.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes! You can purchase credit packs in the Billing section. They don't expire and are used after your monthly credits.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
