What are Locations?

Locations are the places where your stories happen – a magical forest, a cozy bedroom, a busy city street, or a spaceship control room.

Just like characters, when you create a location in Veediogram, the AI remembers it. So whenever your story returns to "Luna's bedroom," it looks the same every time!

1Creating a Location

  1. Click "Locations" in the sidebar menu
  2. Click the "Create Location" button
  3. Give your location a clear name (e.g., "Enchanted Forest", "Coffee Shop", "Space Station")
  4. Write a detailed description (more on this below!)
  5. Click "Generate Image" to create a reference
  6. Save your location

2Writing Location Descriptions

Good location descriptions help the AI understand exactly what you envision. Include:

🌍 Setting type

Indoor/outdoor, natural/urban, real/fantasy

☀️ Time & weather

Day/night, sunny/rainy, season

🎨 Colors & mood

Bright/dark, warm/cool, cheerful/mysterious

🪑 Key objects

Important furniture, plants, decorations

✅ Good example:

"A cozy children's bedroom at night. Soft purple walls with glowing star stickers. A small wooden bed with a fluffy pink blanket and stuffed animals. A bookshelf filled with colorful books. Moonlight coming through a round window. Warm, safe, magical feeling."

❌ Too vague:

"A bedroom."

3Popular Location Types

Here are some ideas to get you started:

🌲 Nature

Forests, beaches, mountains, gardens

🏠 Home

Bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms

🏙️ Urban

Streets, parks, shops, cafes

✨ Fantasy

Castles, magical realms, underwater

🚀 Sci-Fi

Spaceships, future cities, labs

📚 Institutional

Schools, offices, hospitals

4Using Locations in Episodes

  1. When creating an episode, go to the scene settings
  2. Click the "Location" dropdown
  3. Select your saved location from the list
  4. Veediogram will use that location's reference image as the background!

Pro tip

Create variations of the same location! For example, "Luna's Bedroom - Day" and "Luna's Bedroom - Night"
