Getting Started
How do I create my first video?
Start by creating a Show Bible (your project settings), then add at least one character and location. Finally, go to Episodes and create your first scene. Check out our Getting Started guide for a step-by-step walkthrough.
Do I need any technical skills to use Veediogram?
Not at all! Veediogram is designed for everyone. If you can write a description, you can create videos. No coding, video editing, or technical knowledge required.
How long does it take to generate a video?
Most videos are ready in 2-5 minutes, depending on length and complexity. Longer scenes and higher quality settings take a bit more time.
Characters & Locations
Why doesn't my character look the same in every scene?
Make sure you've selected the character from the dropdown when creating scenes. Also, using a detailed character description helps keep them consistent. Try adding more specific details like exact hair color and clothing.
Can I use my own images for characters?
Yes! You can upload reference images when creating a character. This helps the AI understand exactly how your character should look.
How many characters can I have in one scene?
Currently, you can have up to 3 characters in a single scene for best results. For scenes with more characters, we recommend focusing on 2-3 main characters.
Videos & Episodes
What video formats can I download?
Videos export as MP4 files, which work with virtually all video players, editors, and social media platforms. We offer 720p, 1080p, and 4K (Pro plan only) quality options.
Can I edit my video after it's generated?
You can regenerate scenes with different descriptions, but Veediogram doesn't have a built-in video editor. For advanced editing, download the video and use software like CapCut, iMovie, or Premiere Pro.
Why does my video look different from what I described?
Try being more specific in your description. Include details about actions, expressions, camera angles, and lighting. The more detail you provide, the closer the result will match your vision.
Script Builder
What voices are available?
Creator plan includes OpenAI voices (Alloy, Echo, Nova, Shimmer, Onyx, Fable). Pro plan adds premium ElevenLabs voices with even more natural speech patterns.
Can I use my own voice?
Voice cloning isn't available yet, but it's on our roadmap. For now, choose from our library of AI voices that best match your content.
How do I add subtitles to my video?
Generate your script in Script Builder, then click the Subtitles tab. You can export as SRT or VTT files to import into your video editor or upload to YouTube/social platforms.
Billing & Credits
What counts as using credits?
Video generation, image generation, AI voiceovers, and script generation all use credits. Viewing your projects, editing descriptions, and downloading don't use credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, monthly credits reset on your billing date. However, purchased credit packs don't expire and are used after your monthly credits run out.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact support within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Technical Issues
My video is stuck on 'Processing' – what should I do?
Most videos complete within 5 minutes. If it's been longer than 15 minutes, try refreshing the page. If it's still stuck, contact support with your episode ID.
Why can't I log into my account?
Try resetting your password. If you signed up with Google, make sure to click 'Sign in with Google' instead of entering email/password manually.
The page won't load. What should I do?
Try clearing your browser cache, using a different browser, or disabling browser extensions. Veediogram works best on Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
